Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2024 Introduction Thank you for choosing TKB Professional Business Services. We are committed to providing exceptional services tailored to your business needs. Please read our Booking Policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions before scheduling an appointment or service. Booking Process 2.1. Service Appointment Scheduling All service appointments must be booked through our website, via email at tkbprofessionals@tkbpros.com, or by calling 876-797-6052. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is completed. 2.2. Deposit Requirement Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the final service cost. Rescheduling and Cancellations 3.1. Rescheduling Requests Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled service without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of $1,500 or 10% of the service fee, whichever is greater. 3.2. Service Cancellation Policy Cancellation with 48+ hours’ notice: Clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellation within 24 hours: A cancellation fee of $1,500 or 10% of the service fee (whichever is greater) will apply. No-show: If the client does not show up for the scheduled service without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. Custom and Digital Service Bookings 4.1. Custom Services Cancellations for custom or personalized services must be made within 12 hours of booking. If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled. 4.2. Digital Services Digital service bookings are non-refundable once work has commenced. A one-time store credit may be issued at management’s discretion. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, subject to availability. Late arrivals beyond 30 minutes may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. Refund Policy for Booked Services Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 1-3 business days to the original payment method. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
